There used to be a pic of "Bud" Holland online but it seems to have disappeared over the last couple years. It was the standard "official" type photo included with officer bios. Every flying squadron should have his photo prominently displayed beneath the words "Don't Be An Idiot" as a reminder for pilots to keep their egos in check.
